China Factory Made Semi Automatic Oil Filled Transformer Coil Winding Machine GDY-1T is one model of simple and cheap coil winding machine. It can wind copper or aluminium flat and round wire. It is suitable for winding different specifications of copper or aluminum wire coils. These coils can be used in HV and LV transformers, reactors, and other similar products. The machine is provided with an digital counter, and the turning number can be preset. The counting record and the parameters input can be stored in case of power off. The machine has two speed gears, the winding speed is 0-50rpm in low gear, and the winding speed is 50-200 rpm in high gear. Moreover, the winding speed can be adjusted stepless in each gear by a potentiometer on the board. The rotating direction (forward/reverse) can be switched through the foot pedal.
